The hotel had beautiful rooms with friendly staff, although it was quite dark at times. The lovely lake view added to the pleasant atmosphere. The location was perfect, offering fantastic views of the lake and easy access to restaurants and the lakefront. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the Italian coffee was a highlight.

The rooms were very nice, beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was that it was quite dark.

The service was great overall, with attentive and hard-working staff, especially during breakfast and evening rooftop service. Some front desk staff members were a bit offhand, but they helped us arrange airport transfers and gave plenty of recommendations.

The location was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was super friendly, and the proximity to good restaurants made it even better.
